Daily our communities grow in this part of the world. That means the activities needed to serve our people and their families is also growing at a fast rate. Education is an essential area which fulfils a core need.

However, the setup to cope with the demands of 70,000 brothers and sisters in the South-East of Melbourne is hardly available. This is an awesome opportunity for us to step up and help create a lasting structure to fill this pressing need.

The world is in constant change. A confident Muslim with a positive identity and knowledge can impact this change in a good way.

In 2013, Nurul Huda Academy began its journey to serve the community in this field. What started out as 15 students in 2013 has grown to a service for over 600 learners and counting. These students and their families are part of a group learning the meaning of giving back to the community.

The Academy serves 35 suburbs on the south-eastern belt of Melbourne from more than 20 ethnically diverse cultures.

The mission of Nurul Huda Academy is to train a generation of young hearts and minds to develop into nurturing parents, spouses, leaders and contributors to the society we live in. We hope to achieve this by fulfilling the vision of making quality education accessible to all.

The Academy bases all its programs on professional educational principles delivering a high-quality Islamic curriculum. The Academy is run under the guidance of qualified Ulama as well as trained Teachers registered with the Victorian Institute of Teaching (VIT). The Academy imparts knowledge as according to the Ahlus Sunnah Wal Jama'ah.
